Last year, thanks to devoted fans, Ted was recognized as the #1 Top Dog celebrity and Tams and CarLo placed in the top 10 of all celebrity buildings. Well, the new building efforts have commenced as of June 1, 2004, but the rules have changed. This year, you can only add one brick per email address each month.
